Billetts America, formerly known as Media Performance Monitor America (MPMA), is a co-operative program working exclusively for advertisers, in partnership with the Agency of Record, to deliver the higher return for your media dollars, via monitoring and comparative evaluation. Majority owned by Ebiquity Plc, Billetts America was launched in 2003 to the ANA (Association of National Advertisers), who represent the top 500 spenders in the US. We now have over 30 Fortune 500 clients in our portfolio and have constructed a multi-billion dollar database of actual market pricing.
